Gloucestershire Society for Industrial Archaeology
Jim Simmons spent much of his working life in the Electricity Supply Industry, latterly in Gloucestershire. He was extremely active in the Gloucestershire Society for Industrial Archaeology and for many years organised the society’s field trips and coach trips.
He was a keen photographer and this selection of more than 660 images are of a wide variety of industrial archaeological sites within Gloucestershire.
